He has been practicing for over 25 years and is continually evolving his practice to include the best possible care for his patients. The Kolender Medical Show went live in June, 2019, and educates listeners in the Midwest and beyond on 50,000W WJR 760 AM. Listeners are able to call in and ask questions live on the air, while Dr. Kolender and his co-host, Annemarie Cronin, discuss timely topics in healthcare with a focus on prevention. The show is evolving to Leading Medicine as we expand beyond the Midwest and expose listeners to more of what they do not know about healthcare.
Recognizing the need and opportunity, Dr. Kolender founded Hube Health LLC to provide prevention services at low cost anywhere in the world. We are happy to announce a partnership with UCIMED in San Jose, Costa Rica. Together we will be performing the world’s first prospective heart attack and stroke prevention study!

Lauren J. Bear
Advisor
“An ounce of prevention is worth at least a pound of cure.”- Lauren J. Bear rendition.
Ms. Bear is a researcher, physiologist and nutritionist who is now in her fourth decade of successfully enabling herself and others to make the changes they seek to make in their physical and mental health. Broad as this goal may read, Lauren began work back in the 80’s on the design of a reliable way to assist herself, and those who wanted her help, move beyond specific challenging junctures in life. Today, the tools available for this are improving very rapidly and HuBe is the logical pivot.
The explosion in computing power, data, and non-invasive healthcare innovation is stunning. Many qualitative aspects of the sciences are now/becoming quantifiable and more useful. Importantly: actual 'cause and effect relationship', reproducibly so, is becoming more objectively identifiable than ever, even in historically ‘soft’ sciences. And: Comparatively, humans have not been changing.
To study the ramifications of this growing disparity on her system/theories, Ms. Bear returned to academia in 2016. She studied data/statists under a Princeton PhD graduate and then focused on behavioral and neuroscience discoveries toward earning an individualized degree in 2019. In addition to bias-screened research, Lauren has continuously integrated her experience in working with professional athletes, corporate leaders, post-op. recovery patients, etc. into her never-100% reasoned approach to challenges.
Companies in which Lauren has been a partner, managing member or founder have completed transactions well in excess of 1 billion dollars. 11 times oversubscribed onto the NYSE in 2003, Lauren delivered the majority of the product to IPO. As of 2023 another of her ventures is now listed on a Latin American Stock Exchange. Her companies operate internationally with varied investors ranging from European and Canadian pension funds to #78 on the Forbes Top 100 wealthiest Americans.
By joining with HuBe as a co-founder in Latin America and Member in the US, Lauren hopes to continue to convey a significantly better way forward, given challenges. HuBe’s soon-to-be clinically tested, non-invasive, chronic disease prevention will save, quickly, far more than it costs in resources and suffering...and this more quantifiable 'saving' than ever. Prevention of suffering and loss defines a Humane way to Be. HuBe.
